Con't of our Day-Vacation...

For those of you that don't know, Galveston is a port town. Originally it was supposed to be the "big" city of Texas. It was a fast growing city, but in the 1800's there was a massive hurricane that destroyed much of the city. Anyway---- some stayed to rebuild while others moved further in and thats how Houston became the big city. Well, I'll be honest, Galveston isn't the most pretty ocean side you'll ever see.... because the oil industry makes much of the economy here, there are a lot refinery's and oil rigs in the horizon. but It is a pretty neat town. much of the down town is full of its original Victorian architecture.
I love the expression on benjamin's face. He LOVES the pool, but the ocean waves he wasn't to sure about.
